‘I forward herewith completed application form for a License (Country) to employ Aboriginals. This license was issued solely because of the fact that Mrs. Stiles has just given birth to her fourth child and is not in good health and has no other assistance. Aboriginal Kitty, from Tenant Creek Mission camp is now employed by Mrs. Stiles, and sleeps each night at the Police Tracker's camp.’
